Twenty eight days of February flew by. When I look back, I see us settling into the mundane and getting to the rut of life. My list includes walks and workouts, time with friends, reading, crochet and the likes. There is no chill in the Bangalore weather now and the Sun seems to get harsher every passing day. February- April are our summer months and that’s what the Sun is telling us.
Here are a few things through the month I am grateful for.

Clik here to view. I did well on my walks and workouts. Did not accomplish my goals but 17 days of the month, I was on my toes sweating it out. I am also walking at least 20 minutes these days to stretch those extra muscles. Strava is sure a good partner there.

Skills can be learnt but if the attitude is right, it makes the journey better. I am grateful to RD for her recommendation. I am no longer burning food and life is better this side.

In tune to that, I was a bit off on a missed opportunity and my friend cooked for me and made me smile. The hugs and the care from all quarters matter. Always grateful for good friends.

Clik here to view. My parents celebrated their 40th year of wedding in February and they are my love. Some times I wonder that God was kind that I have parents like Mum and Papa. For the last 40 years, they have celebrated togetherness and stayed by each other’s side. That makes me happy. I am excited that I will get to see them in March. It’s been a long time since I met my parents so I can’t wait to be home.
The sunrises, calls and chats with friends and family, walks to the nearby haven and crocheting new patterns has kept me going.
I am marching into March with the hope of being a better person with less expectations from the world. I am grateful for all that life has to offer.
How was your February? What are you looking forward to in March?
